Author Kimberley Linstruth-Beckom

Kimberley has lived in Connecticut almost all of her life.  She enjoys New England and loves to see the season's change.  Her husband, Scott, and daughters, Brittanny and Olivia are a big part of her life and inspiration to her writing. 

She is also an animal lover who took in two stray cats and named them Diamond and Topaz.  She has been an aquarium hobbyist for many years and keeps many different types of tropical fish along with two African-Claw frogs.  These animals are like part of the family and have been known to be the topic of conversation in some of Kimberley's blogs like Where Is Diamond?  

Kimberley also likes to indoor garden, crochet, practice yoga, read, and has been know to play a video game every once in a blue moon.  Her favorite games are Fable, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, and Castlevania.

Writers With Chronic Disease

Is a group founded by Kimberley about two years ago.  It covers topics like how to market your works, choosing a title, and how to cope with your chronic condition.  Any writer is welcome to join.

Awards and recognition

Kimberley has received many awards for her achievements in poetry, including a nomination as one of The Best Poets of the 90's.

She has been just recently named as one of Lulu's top creators and was a featured writer on Quail's blog.
